5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed.

  • Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the courier service used.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Key points:

  • Customers in the EU/UK have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive their order to cancel and return it for a refund or store credit.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

7. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs charges, taxes, or import duties may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility. If you return items from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" on customs forms. We will not accept returns that incur customs charges due to incorrect labelling.
