Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Options
Ireland & Northern Ireland
All Irish orders are shipped with An Post Tracked Delivery.
Standard Delivery: €5.99 — arrives within 1–4 working days once dispatched.
Express Delivery (with Signature): €8.99 — arrives within 1–2 working days once dispatched.
Free Delivery: on all orders over €60 within Ireland.
You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
United Kingdom
Orders to the UK are shipped via An Post International Tracked Service.
Standard Delivery: £14.00 — estimated 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.
European Union
We currently ship to selected EU countries using An Post International Tracked Delivery.
Standard Delivery: €14.99 — estimated 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Customs charges, VAT, or import duties may apply, depending on your country, and are the customer's responsibility.
United States
Standard Shipping: $40 (5–10 business days)
Registered Tracked Shipping: $48 (6–10 business days, includes insurance)
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country isn't listed at checkout, it will show all items sold out. Please email info@lilymoon.ie, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Pre-Orders
If an item is marked as a pre-order, estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are ready.
Delays
During busy periods such as Christmas, sales, or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer.
We'll always keep you updated if there are any delays.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly before checkout.
Unfortunately, LilyMoon cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days (Ireland) or 15 working days (UK / EU), please contact info@lilymoon.ie, and we'll help track it down.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of Delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
